General Terms & Introduction
Q99 (hereinafter referred to as "q99", "we", or "the Platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a Curaçao eGaming licence. These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between q99 and each member of the Platform.
These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali with users in Bangladesh and South Asia in mind. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute.

Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account at Q99, you must meet the following requirements. These are in place not just for compliance, but to ensure a safe environment for all members.
Registration Eligibility
- Minimum age: 18 years of age or older
- Providing accurate and genuine personal information is mandatory
- Each person may hold only one account
- Not accessing from a country or region where online betting is prohibited
If the same person opens two accounts, both will be closed and any associated bonuses will be voided. Transferring or selling an account is also strictly prohibited.
KYC Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawal in order to comply with security and legal regulations. Required documents:
- National ID card or passport (both sides)
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Q99's bonuses and promotional offers are additional benefits provided to members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and it is the member's responsibility to comply with them.
Welcome Bonus Terms
- New members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit
- Maximum bonus amount: ৳15,000
- Wagering Requirement (x): bonus amount × a specified multiplier (stated on each individual offer)
- Bonus claim window: within 72 hours of deposit
- Wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds

General Bonus Rules
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or given to a third party
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using false information will result in account closure
- Q99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time
- Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
Cashback Terms
A minimum qualifying bet is required to participate in the weekly cashback offer. The cashback amount and applicable conditions are specified separately for each offer. Cashback is credited directly to your account and can in most cases be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

Important Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in special cases)

There are no additional charges for deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. Your bank's own fees may apply for bank transfers.
Betting Rules
Participation in Q99's betting section is subject to the following rules, which apply equally to all members.
General Betting Rules
- Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed (except via the Cash Out feature)
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, q99 reserves the right to void the affected bets
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
- Odds fluctuations during in-play betting are a normal part of live wagering and are not the responsibility of q99
- Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market
Accumulator Bet Rules
- A maximum of 20 selections can be added to a single accumulator
- If any single event is cancelled, that selection will be removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections will be settled as normal
- Minimum accumulator odds requirements may apply depending on the specific promotion
Live Betting Special Conditions
In live or in-play betting, odds change in real time based on live data. Bet acceptance may be paused briefly. q99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting at any time if there is an issue with the data feed.
Prohibited Activities
Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity and security of Q99. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Opening an account solely to claim bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
- Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
- Exploiting any technical error or bug
- Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to q99's systems
- Harassing or defrauding other members
If we determine that a member has engaged in any of the activities listed above, we reserve the right to close the account and withhold funds without prior notice.
Account Closure & Suspension Policy
Q99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances.
Reasons q99 May Close an Account
- Breaching the terms or participating in prohibited activities
- If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete
- If identified as a minor
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
- Upon detection of suspicious or unusual financial activity
Account Closure by Member
Members who wish to close their account can contact the support team directly. If the request is made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), q99 processes it on a priority basis and stops sending new bonus offers in the meantime.
Any balance remaining in your account prior to closure may be withdrawn (excluding bonus balances where wagering requirements have not been met).
Limitation of Liability & Legal Matters
Q99 strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.
Q99 is not liable if
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical or server issues
- Bets may not be processed in time due to internet connectivity issues
- Transactions may be delayed due to third-party payment providers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)
Game Results & Fairness
All games on Q99 run on eCOGRA-certified RNG technology, ensuring fully automated and impartial outcomes. In the event of any dispute over a game result, q99's platform logs and records shall be considered final.
Governing Law
These terms are governed under Curaçao law. Any legal disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Curaçao. That said, we always make every effort to resolve matters through discussion first.
